Insurance Policy

We will be more than happy to help submit all dental insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We are in network for select prefered PPO Plans including Metlife, PDP Plus PPO,  Guardian PPO, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Aetna Prefered PPO.  We will also be more than happy to submit dental insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits should we be out of network with your current insurance plans. 

For patients who require major dental work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule.  We also offer Care Credit®, which is an excellent financing program that offers extended payment plans for dental care.

Forms of payment accepted by our office include Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express®, cash and check.
